Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Site or opening a SpeedMatchingPass account (“Account”) so that you understand your legal rights and obligations with respect to SpeedMatchingPass and its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively referred to as “SpeedMatchingPass”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

The “Services” include:

• (a) the Site
• (b) services provided through the Site and SpeedMatchingPass applications
• (c) all content such as text, images, videos, software, and other materials (“Content”)

Any new features added to the Services will also be subject to these Terms.

The Services provide an online platform that allows buyers (“Buyer”) and sellers (“Seller”) to transact (collectively “Users” or “you”).

SpeedMatchingPass is not a party to any transaction between Buyer and Seller and holds no responsibility for:

• contracts
• product listings
• warranties

SpeedMatchingPass may remove any content in accordance with Section 6.4 but does not guarantee that transactions will be completed.

Before using the Site, you must accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

SpeedMatchingPass may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. Some features may be released in beta and may not function properly.

SpeedMatchingPass reserves the right to refuse access or account creation at its sole discretion.

All intellectual property (logos, trademarks, content) belongs to SpeedMatchingPass or its partners.

• modify or reproduce materials
• use bots or scraping tools

You may link to the Site, but must not imply endorsement by SpeedMatchingPass.

4. SOFTWARE

Any software provided remains the property of SpeedMatchingPass or third parties.

5. ACCOUNTS AND SECURITY

5.1

You must:

• create a unique User ID
• provide accurate information

SpeedMatchingPass may suspend inappropriate accounts.

5.2

You must:

• keep your password secure
• report unauthorized use
• update your information

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

SpeedMatchingPass may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• fraud
• abuse
• multiple accounts
• suspicious activity

5.4

You may close your account, but must complete all pending transactions.

Services are only available in approved countries.

6. TERMS OF USE

Your access may be terminated if you violate these Terms.

7. VIOLATIONS

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY CLAIMS

SpeedMatchingPass does not allow IP violations.

Users act independently; SpeedMatchingPass does not own listed products.

8.3

IP owners can submit complaints with proof.

9. PAYMENT METHODS

SpeedMatchingPass supports:

• Bank Transfer
• Installment Plans
• Deferred Payments (if available)

Payment methods cannot be changed after payment.

9.3

SpeedMatchingPass is not responsible for incorrect payment details.

10. SELLER WALLET

10.1

Your Seller Wallet stores your earnings.

10.2

You may withdraw funds to your bank account.

10.3

Withdrawal limits and fees may apply.

10.4

Funds are credited after successful delivery.

10.5

Withdrawal requests cannot be changed once submitted.

10.6

SpeedMatchingPass may correct transaction errors.

10.7

Funds may be adjusted for:

• disputes
• fraud
• refunds
• fees

10.8

SpeedMatchingPass may freeze or limit your wallet if needed
